Kia ora bloggers, this year has been a crazy year. Right after finishing Term 1 I left to visit my relatives then I got ill, really ill. I was away for 5 months and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. I especially liked Garden to Table. Even though I’ve been away for 5 months I managed to learn a lot from the pod. I will miss Ōwairaka District School and everyone that has helped me to get this far. A great thanks to Susan Whysall for leading the math group and Mr G and the actors for making a great performance. Another big thanks for Deb and Ms Fletcher for making this school such a great place.

Kia ora bloggers, if I had to eat one of those animals in order to survive, I would eat a toasted tarantula as they are not venomous and many people say they even taste like chicken! The reason why I would not choose the unknown bird is that there are some birds in the world that are poisonous to humans. Caimans would be too hard to cook and way energizing to actually just carry it to camp. Cacao grubs would also be extremely energizing to get to as they often like to live in tree trunks and you have to make something strong enough in order to cut into the center of the trunk. What would you rather eat in order to survive and why? What is your favourite bird and why do you like it? Mine is the bird of paradise as it is one of the most creative and beautiful birds in the world.

Kia ora bloggers, I think I’m most like Fred than the others because I also read a lot of explorer and adventure books and I do a lot of classes such as swimming. I would also be a bit like Lila because I know a lot about animals and I mean a LOT about animals and how to recognized.

Kia ora bloggers, today I’ll share my presentation on the Bird of the Century slides:
During my summer trip to the South Island I went to Otago at 9 pm to see the little Blue penguins return from the sea to hunt and they were shorter than my sister! When we walked back to the car we could hear little squawks, cheeps in the dark where the little birds nest.
Have you seen a little blue penguin? Have you seen a penguin of a another kind?

Kia ora bloggers, if there were animals like these in a river I would wash in there if I had no choice because taking a shower is really important for the body. However, if I was hunting, there is no way I’m going in there to hunt since there are way more hunting opportunities on land than in water such as fruit, insects ( if you dare eat them!) and many more. Would you go in there to take a bath or hunt? Would you rather eat animal meat from the jungle or fruit from the jungle?

Kia ora bloggers, if I made a sentence that uses one of these words, this is what the sentence would be:
Barrelling on the rapid current , we saw a ferocious cat with radiating rings on its fur bludgeoning the quivering, terrified capybara.
For me the most complicated definition is bludgeoning. It was also the hardest word to add into the sentence. Bludgeoning means to force or bully something according to Google.

Malo ni bloggers, if I was in the plane and it was about to crash in the middle of nowhere, well then I would start panicking before it even crashed and a slight chance passed out. When the plane crashes I’ll black out, then if I wake up to find myself in a forest I might pee my pants. I’ll try to calm myself down and then try to survive until help comes.

Kia ora bloggers, since I wasn’t included in the Film Festival I’ll tell you about my experience at St Lukes mall (probably got lucky!). The MOST annoying part was when the screen kept lagging out and showing us a blank green screen (it hurt my eyes!). On the other hand, the most funniest were probably “The Italian Dance Off” and “Odd McOwai“. The seats were so comfortable I could sleep in them (probably not necessary info). Which one did you think was the most funniest?
